We're looking for a new housemate to live in our cozy house starting 17 May

It's conveniently located within walking distance to key transport links and excellent going out areas.

- 5 mins walk to Aldgate East (Hammersmith & City, District)
- 9 mins walk to Aldgate (Circle, District, Metropolitan)
- 10 mins walk to Shadwell (DLR, Overground)
- 15 mins walk to Shoreditch
- 6 mins walk to Brick Lane

We're on the top floor of the original building with a view of the London skyline. The flat has a shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom (shared with just 1 flatmate as the other room has an en-suite).

Costs:

914 per month plus bills of around 150.
1000 Deposit that you get back the end of the tenancy

Who you'll be living with?

Hassan 29, from Egypt, been living in London for around 3 years. Likes freediving, kitesurfing, football, chess, sports generally and exploring London's exhibitions. Works in law.

Jay 31, from the UK. A professional working in the consulting industry. He likes travelling, music, football and sports generally.

We're looking for someone who enjoys living independently but would join cooking together or going for a drink occasionally.
