We are looking for 1 new individual to replace our flatmate Sam. You will be living with Isabella (24) who works as a tech consultant and Jordan (29) who works as an engineer. We are easygoing, tidy, and openminded people and are looking for someone with the same vibe and who’s also LGBTQ+ friendly!
We both go to the office about 2/3 days per week, so someone with a hybrid or 100% office work schedule would work best, especially as the room does not have space for a desk.
The flat has a balcony that's great for summer and drying clothes. There's a safe place inside the building to chain up a bike. The bedroom you will be moving into has its own bathroom.
We have a weekly cleaning rotation for the kitchen/living room and bins.
Move in date will ideally be 8th of June 2024, but we can discuss some flexibility either side if needed.
Rent is £880 inc. water bills, and electricity, internet and council tax are an additional ~£100 per month.
