Hi Everyone,
I'm moving out of this gorgeous and perfectly located flat in Whitechapel available 21st April.
You would be living with three amazing flatmates in their twenties, 1 couple and 1 male who are very sociable and always up for a pub quiz or watching shows together!
THE ROOM:
The room comes furnished with the wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair ALL included! It's located at the back of the house so nice and quiet. Rent is super cheap for the location and size, only £750 a month!!!! with bills coming to roughly £100 a month, sometimes less.
THE AREA:
The flat is located on vibrant Commercial Road, with a bus stop right outside with great links to central London. Also a 15 min walk to Whitechapel tube station, and 5 mins to the DLR.
There's a local supermarket 2 mins walk away, 2 Sainsburys within a 10 min walk, along with a big Iceland, and a tesco too! Lidl is 15 mins walk away.
There's many pubs, cafes and restaurants around too!
Rent is due May 5th but the room is free from the 21st so can sublet from me if you need it sooner.
