Heya, I'm moving out in June to live with some close friends, and sadly will be moving out of this great room.
Flatmates are clean and really nice people. Only reason I'm moving out is because of circumstances.

The flat is super well connected, being 5-10 mins away from:

Excellent location, being very close to Shoreditch and commutable to anywhere in London quickly.
You would be replacing me, and taking over the remainder of my contract - from June 15th to September 2nd.
