Spacious double-bedroom with your own balcony in a friendly flatshare available in a well-connected 4-bed house in Whitechapel.

💰 Availability/price
Available from mid April (flexible).
£1,240 per month, all bills included (electricity, gas, broadband, council tax, etc.) + including a cleaner coming once a month.

You will be moving in as a replacement to my rental agreement which runs until 01/10 and can be renewed after that. The flat is managed by a property agent (StayEasy) who has always been responsive.

🛏️ About the room
The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, a desk (not in picture), a bedside table and a wardrobe.
The room also has its own balcony! Facing east, it has plenty of sun in the morning.

🏡 About the house
The house enjoys a spacious living room and kitchen area, with two couches and a 4-seat dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped - including dishwasher and washing machine.

One of the best parts is the great outdoor terrace with a large picnic table and a bbq - it gets plenty of sun in the summer!

The house is organised across three floors, you will be on the top floor, sharing the bathroom with the other flatmate on the floor. The bathroom is spacious and includes a bathtub.

🌆 About the area
I've really enjoyed how central the flat is - you are 10' away from Whitechapel train station as well as Aldgate East. Brick Lane and Shoreditch are very close with plenty of restaurants around.

You have a Tesco and gym within 5' of the house and a big Sainsbury's 10' away. Very convenient also to bike anywhere central.

🙋‍♂️ About the flatmates
You will be sharing the flat with Bradley and Ryan who moved to London a few months ago and another future roomate. It has been a really friendly flatshare with everybody being sociable while still being able to enjoy your own space when needed.

Looking to find a new flatmate to share as I am sadly leaving after living here for 2.5 years.
