Looking for someone to takeover my lease for this lovely room in WhiteChapel. You’ll be living with three girls (ages 21-27). It’s a super cosy furnished room on the top floor of a townhouse. We have two bathrooms and a back courtyard that’s wonderful for entertaining during the warmer months!
The location is absolutely amazing— it’s a 5 minute walk to the Elizabeth, Overground, District, Hammersmith lines and a fifteen minute walk to Brick lane, Liverpool Station, and Spitalfield market and 25 minute walk to the canals that lead to Victoria Park (I love running there!!).
The current lease ends 16th of July so this is a short term let. However, there’s the opportunity to extend the lease with new flatmates as some of the current tenants will be moving out then!
I’m so so sad to be moving out but I’ve decided to take a Job opportunity closer to my family in Scotland (yay!).
The rent is 825 plus -100ish for wifi, council tax, heat, etc.
