I'm looking for a lodger for my flat in Whitechapel.

The flat is partially furnished and includes:
- Modern kitchen
- Luxurious bathroom with rainfall shower
- Washing machine and dryer
- Fully-fitted kitchen
- Storage space, table, chairs, etc.
- Built-in wardrobe

Pictures are included. Video tour is also available on request. Please note that both the living room and bedroom are being newly furnished.

You’d be sharing the flat with me. I work as a freelance creative and often work outside the flat and late at night, so you’d essentially have it most of the time to yourself (in case you work from home).
