There is also an additional toilet on the ground floor, which is shared by the entire house.

The house is shared with 5 students currently studying at UAL. It includes a spacious kitchen with a connected dining area, two fridges, and a separate living room. The household is independent and respectful of shared spaces.

Rent is £940 per month. Bills are not included and typically range between £90-£110 per month depending on usage (will go down as the temperature increases). No council tax.
