We have a flatmate who’s having to leave at the end of the month so there is 1 bedroom available in our 3 bedroom flat in Tower Hamlets. Ideally move in on March 8th but can be flexible! There is unfortunately no living room but we chill in the kitchen or each others rooms at times.

- Rent is £993/month with a £1076.91 deposit
- Lease is March - September with the option of extending
- Electricity, water, gas, WiFi and council tax come out to about £100/month per person (if you’re a student you may not have to pay council tax)
- 2 half baths (one room with a bath/shower + sink and one room with a toilet)
- Washing machine and your own drying rack
- 5 minute walk from Whitechapel station with access to the Elizabeth line, District line, Hammersmith & City line, and London Overground (Windrush line)
- 5 minutes away from Whitechapel high street with plenty of cafes & shops
- 10 minutes away from a huge Sainsbury’s, also multiple Tesco Express’s and a good selection of south and east Asian grocery stores
- There is a gym and a park across the street
- 15 minutes to Upmarket and 20 minutes from Spitalfields Market (tons of amazing food)
- 20 minutes to Shoreditch with lots of different bars and clubs

Who we are:

Lia (23) is from Toronto and works in AI. Charli (24) is from Cheshire and works in the civil service. We love our own space but also like a little chat at the end of the day. On the weekends we’ll often do a night out at Heaven, Trapeze or TBC but also love a night in with Deliveroo 🤭 We love to workout together if you’re looking for gym buddies! We don’t smoke or have pets but are happy to take on flatmates who do x
