Whitechapel Cozy Double bedroom to take over ASAP

Hello! My name is Hugo and I am moving out of my flat in Whitechapel as I am moving out to live with my partner!!! 😋

Room Details:

- 787.5£ a month

- small cozy room that comes with: a built in desk, a large closet and a medium sized cabinet for storing clothes.

- it is the smallest room in the flat, so you’d be paying the least amount of rent out of all the flatmates - everything else is split equally.

- the room is holds heat very well (from personal experience), so it’s amazing around a time like this when it’s cold, however I do recommmend investing in a good fan in the summer as it can get toasty 🤪!

Apartment details:

- Before anything: the picture of the couch is outdated! We now have a light grey couch instead as the previous couch was minging and the landlord was happy to replace it!

- 2 BATHROOMS that both have showers and toilets! The only weird thing about said toilets is that they are what you consider “wet rooms”. The room itself is a shower so if you’re uncomfortable with a tight space this probably ain’t the right place for you!

- Council Tax band A

- Bills include: GAS, WATER, WIFI and COUNCIL TAX (they roughly amount to 80-100£ per person)

- Heating is on a fixed rate, so price doesn’t fluctuate depending on how much you use it. Generally as flatmates we don’t really use it as I’ve said, the flat holds heat incredibly well.

- 5 minutes away from Whitechapel (you get access to District, Elizabeth and Windrush line! What a deal!) and Bethnal Green (Overground - omg access to Hackney who could’ve thought?)

- You would be living with 3 other people who are all LGBTQ+, very clean, reliable and sweet, so be respectful 1 beg. We follow a cleaning rotation so coming into this flat you have to be ok with vacuuming from time to time, mopping and cleaning after yourself when using the kitchen and bathrooms!

- Contract till December 2026
