Rent of £881pcm includes council tax but no bills. Gas and electric is £150pcm, internet is £50pcm, cleaner (communal areas only) is £60 per fortnight, so total bills are roughly £65 per housemate per month, split equally. Household supplies (toilet paper and other boring bits, as well as home improvements - we recently jazzed up the patio area) are split equally five ways via an app

Room is on second floor, single step access at front door and the bathrooms are only accessible via stairs, so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues unfortunately

Landlord requirements:
1) Reliable income of at least £35k/year (may accept savings to support you
for six months, or a guarantor)
2) Contract of employment
3) Previous landlord's reference
