South-facing double room in Whitechapel flatshare

The lounge

We (Rory, left & Frank, right) are looking to fill a room in our flatshare. We're located 5 minutes from Whitechapel station, 5 minutes from a huge Sainsburys, and 5 minutes from the always excellent local independant cinema Genesis. We're also opposite some nice pubs and a Nandos, and about 15 minutes from Brick Lane.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers (we've asked the landlord to replace them which should be done before you move in). A previous tenant could easily fit a desk in there, we both work from home and have no issue if you do.

The flat has a large kitchen and lounge, which comes with furniture and all the games consoles you could ever want. There's also a balcony which is lovely during the warmer months.

We've both became very good friends during the course of living here, and we'd love to live with someone chilled out who has similar interests to us.

We're not really a party flat but we enjoy having guests over (you'd be welcome to do the same obviously), we spend a lot of evenings hanging out in and around the lounge area, with the occasional pub/pool hall/dinner trip that we'd love for you to join us on.
