Hi everyone, I hope this post can stay! I’m sadly moving out of my lovely flat, away from my best friend, so I am looking for someone amazing to take over my double bedroom and keep the good vibes going. 💕

The flat is super relaxed and you’ll be living with one lovely working professional who works Monday to Friday on alternating shifts — either early mornings until afternoon or early afternoon until late night. Because of this, you’ll actually have the flat mostly to yourself a lot of the time, which is a huge bonus! ✨

You’ll also be sharing the home with Sion, the sweetest, most chill cat ever 🐱 — he mostly minds his own business but is always happy for a little attention.

The location is close to Whitechapel station — there’s a shop and a gym literally right in front of the building, so everything you need is just a few steps away.

• Rent: £1040 per month
• Bills: usually around £100 per month
• Deposit: £1175 (fully refundable when you move out)

You’ll be added to the tenancy agreement and bills, so references will be required.

We’re looking for someone friendly, tidy, and chill who wants a cosy home rather than just a place to crash, enjoys a matcha date, or a trip to the bookstore. Bonus points if you’re happy to give Sion a little head scratch now and then. 🐾
