Also included is a clothes hanging rack, night stand and chest of drawers. Option of a small desk is available, if desired can arrange before you move in.

The kitchen is fully equipped and clean with a new gas stove, new electric oven, new large size microwave & oven function, brand new very quiet washing machine, kettle, toaster and many pots, pans, and plates., etc etc.

The living rooms has a wall mounted TV, with Apple TV, Nice speakers, comfy comfy sofa and some chairs.

Rent includes all bills which covers water, electricity, council tax, gas, TV licence, bamboo Toilet Paper and **1000mbps Community Fibre super fast broadband**.

We have a real family vibe in the house, mostly because, we are a growing family! Comprising of me (Sharif), my wife Erica and her brother Luis, and our dogs Bogart (Jack Russell) and new addition Margo (Chug).
