Lovely double room in garden flat near tube & park

Hello there!
I'm a friendly mature professional in the not-for-profit sector, offering a spacious double bedroom leading out to the garden in my lovely two bed flat, 10-12 minutes from Willesden Green and Dollis Hill tube stations on the Jubilee line.

I'm looking to share with a friendly, quiet, clean and tidy woman who is happy to do their own thing whilst up for a chat over a cup of tea or glass of wine if the mood takes them :) My partner stays with me and is around quite a bit, so you'd need to be comfortable with that.

The room has a double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers, trunk and other storage. The flat has a large bright living room, wooden floors, bathroom, and cosy kitchen with gas cooker, fridge, washing machine, microvave etc.

There is a Sainsbury's Local around the corner and a larger Sainsbury's down the road, plus lots of cafes and restaurants at Willesden Green, a library, GP practice, dentist, chemist and the lovely Roundwood and Gladstone parks within a few minutes walk, plus a sports centre and many shops and other facilities.

Transport links are brilliant with easy access to the tube as well as overground stations and the North Circular road and M1 motorway. Kilburn, Kensal Rise and Queen's Park are nearby where there are more great cafes, pubs, restaurants, an independent cinema and weekend farmers' market. Brent Cross shopping centre is a short bus ride away.

The rent is inclusive of bills, including a regular clean, but I'd expect you to clean your own room and tidy up after yourself as it’s important for me to live in a clean, tidy space.

On-street residents' parking is available for an additional cost.
