Double Room in 2 Bed Flat

Greetings, possible future roommate!
I’m Sara. I’m currently looking for a new roommate to join me in my 2 bedroom flat.

The double room up for rent contains a double bed, two nightstands, a wardrobe, a big chest of drawers and a bookcase. The window is quite large so the room stays quite bright. You are welcome to decorate it to your tastes. Pictures and video of what it looks like right now are included in the ad.
I have also filmed a video tour of the whole flat which will be made available upon request.

Location:

The flat is set on the top floor (third) of a building with 5 other flats, 2 per floor. It’s an old house, so no lifts.

Buses directly to Westfield Shopping Centre, Wembley Stadium, Ikea, Hammersmith, Baker Street, Euston all 3 mins away from door. Night bus to and from Trafalgar Square also 3 mins away.

7 mins walk to Harlesden Station (Bakerloo Line & Overground) and 15 mins walk to Willesden Junction and Neasden Station (Jubilee Line).

Tesco, Poundland, Superdrug, fresh food markets and 24hr international supermarket less than 10 mins away. For an Emergency grocery run there’s a corner shop 1 min away; Highstreet for more is just down the street in the opposite direction (2mins walk).

Roundwood Park is 10 mins away. Gym with swimming pool a further 10 from there.

COVID info:
I am triple vaccinated, and still wear a mask out in public transport and all enclosed areas. I would prefer that my flatmate were also vaccinated and tried to wear a mask when using public transportation at the very least.

About myself:
I’m an actor, writer and visual artist and my schedule is quite uncertain. I’m currently working mostly from home unless I’m on set or stage.
I have lived in this flat since summer 2017, sharing it until 2019; since then I have been the sole human occupier - I have a rescue cat, Cpt. Starbuck.
It appears I am returning to my roots, however, so here we are.

I have Netflix and Amazon Prime subscriptions and considerable DVD + TV boxset & book collections, and also some card games like Cards Against Humanity so there will be plenty of stuff with which to break the ice. You are welcome to borrow all, of course.
I am part of the LGBTQIA+ community, and although my diet is mostly vegetarian, I am still an omnivore.

I would be especially interested in people also working in my industry, or people who are also part of the fandom/geek community, or someone who shares at least one passion in common with me. It is however not a requirement.

Cleaning up after yourself in our shared areas that should remain clean for hygienic purposes is my most relevant request. For instance, please don’t leave a Jackson Pollock in the mirror every time you brush your teeth. If you’ve accidentally created an apocalyptic landscape on the kitchen surfaces and/or appliances, please make sure you Restore The Balance or at least give me a Red Alert before I make use of them. Rogue mugs and other such general clutter and disarray around the house is perfectly acceptable (It is likely I will do this, in fact), as long as they never come close to Nightmare Hoarder’s Nest Level. Normal Human Nest Level is the threshold in this here dwelling, I’m afraid. A weekly deeper clean and other aspects of living together are absolutely something we will discuss and mutually agree on.
As this is a two bedroom flat, communication and connection will be of even more importance than on a flat with more people - where there are more personalities and mediators - if we are to share it and make a home of it, successfully and together.
