Single room near Dollis Hill Station

I will sadly be leaving a loft single bedroom in the Willesden Green / Dollis Hill area of North West London. The room has a skylight window that lets in large amounts of natural light, and comes furnished with a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a bookshelf, a bed and a desk so you can work from home - we also have high speed internet.
The house is only a 3 minute walk from Dollis Hill tube station (Jubilee Line), has bus stops directly outside the flat with lots of routes that go into central and across London, as well as only a 10 minute walk from both Gladstone Park and Roundwood Park.
We’re based on the high road, so there are lots of great shops and bars on your doorstep.

About the housemates:
We are all young professionals: one of us works for Lego and the other works in the film industry, both largely working from home.
We are all great friends who are pretty easygoing. We enjoy hanging out and we often like to play video games or watch a good film together. We're looking for someone to replace me who is happy to hang out after work, watch TV and maybe have a couple of drinks after work from time to time, but of course you're free to do whatever you feel like.

Who we’re looking for:
A housemate who is upbeat, easy going and happy to share a house with two young professionals would be perfect. Having an interest in TV and film / video games / anime / memes would be a plus, but not required.
Everyone welcome, but please no students or couples (sorry!)

The nitty gritty:
Rent is £455 a month plus utility bills & council tax.
Deposit is £750
No agencies are involved and therefore there are no outrageous admin fees. There’s no minimum stay either, however you would be expected to find a replacement for the room if you choose to move out.
