Newly refurbished house needs cool, fun and friendly mix of LGBT+ people to fill it! You'd be sharing with just two others.

I want the home to not be a place where people co-exist and stay mainly in their rooms but a place where interactions happen while private alone time is also respected. People with varied interests will be great, from board games (in the event of another lockdown) to bungee jumping or road trips out! Potentially pet friendly.

THE ROOMS
Each has a wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair, double bed with good quality Ikea mattress, double glazing, blackout blind, lock on door and four double wall sockets. Bills are estimated at around £55 per month, but can obviously vary on usage and season.

All rooms are approx 10.5/11sqm in size excluding any ensuite.
