Hello,

We are looking for a flatmate to join our small household after our flatmates of four years decided to start their very own life together. We are sad they are leaving, but hoping to find the right people to live with.

Ideally we are looking for one single person to rent both rooms for a reduced price of £980 with all bills included. One can be used as a bedroom while the other one as a home office or your own living room. Both rooms are on the first floor, overlooking the garden and are furnished. Note: there is no shared living room, but the kitchen is large enough for a dinner for four.

You will share the house with two professional females only, both 32y old.
We use our home as a place to relax and unwind after a busy day, it will be a little sanctuary for those that like to enjoy peace & quiet as we respect each other’s privacy as much as one can. (But usually up for a glass of wine or a dinner together)
If you are a party animal and want to be coming in late most nights and having people over for parties - you are in the wrong place, sorry.

Ideally you not only tolerate, but love cats as we have two living with us. They aren’t allowed in your room (unless you let them in), but love to be around people. They are lazy, fat and mostly indoors.

Despite having two cats, the house is impeccably clean all the time. This is something what we won’t compromise, so please only apply if you have similarly high standards regarding the cleanliness.

We have a nice, well mainatined garden, perfect for a weekend brunch or Bbq in summer.

The house is 6 minutes walk to Dollis Hill or 10 minutes to Willesden Green tube station (15min journey to Bond Street, max 20 minutes to Kings Cross) The night bus Nr 98 has a stop a 3 minutes walk away, the bus 6 has a stop nearby too.
Gladstone Park is stone throw away with tennis courts and Sports Centre 15min walk.
The high street has Sainsbury’s, cafes, pubs, wine bars, beer shop (a proper one, pleasing every beer lover) and restaurants.
