It is a five minute walk to Willesden Green Village/tube (Zone 2). Plenty of buses, a Co-Op and a Sainsburys.

Easy parking on the street.

This room is large and has a large bed, desk, chest of drawers and built-in cupboard. I have also put a set if IKEA shelves in.

We would on balance prefer a female as there are already 3 gents - but this not set in stone. The “right” person is more important than the "right" gender. And it was only a few years back it was 3 girls and one guy(!). Long term is also very desirable.

So ladies - don't be put off - the 3 guys are all very gentle and actually pretty quiet as well. They are a professional working household average age mid to late 30s. A Scientist (PhD), a Social worker (MArts) and a Barista/Graphic Designer (UG)/Tour Guide

There is a nice lounge room with sky telly.. The Kitchen has a washing machine.

Rent includes ALL bills; including council tax. One month rent in advance and a month's bond (£975). Six month minimum stay. £975 pcm. I won’t put the rent up until at least 2024.
