We are looking for new housemates to join us on our home from December.

Smaller Room (£583):
Super cosy and bright, faces the garden side. Nice room for Working from home, as its fairly quiet. Comes with a bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe(currently not in the picture). Extra storage space available.
AVAILABLE: 1st of December

Big Room (£767):
Located on the ground floor, with half-glazed windows for privacy. This room is huge!
Comes with a bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe (furniture not the ones in the pictures, but if interested the big wardrobe and chest of drawers are up for grabs)
The bathroom is private but separate from the bedroom.

THE HOUSE
The other housemates range from 24 to 40 and work in music, science, engineering and hospitality. We are all very friendly and clean, and while we are sociable, we are also very willing to keep to ourselves and give each other some privacy.

All bills are included in the price, as well as a cleaner every other week.

The area itself is in between Willesden Green and Dollis Hill (both on the Jubilee Line) and is very well served by local bus routes. We also have a great Selection of local shops and places to eat - with two lovely parks in walking distance. The garden is also a great addition to the house.
