📍 Location:
Opposite shops including pharmacy, Indian restaurant, coffee shop/deli and convenience stores
bus stop for routes 6, 52 and 302 outside door.
Tube station (Willesden Green- Jubilee line) 10 mins walk. Two gyms with pool, gym and running track 5 min walk away

🛏️ The rooms
Larger room - reception room 1 on floor plan but without bay window) and really bright due to south east facing.
Furnished with double bed, bedside table, arm chair, desk with chair, brand new wardrobe and drawers. Also has a focal point of an original (not working) fire place which adds character. Plenty of floor space to do virtual exercise classes.

Smaller room (which is still very spacious) faces East.
Furnished double bed, bedside table two wardrobes, mirror, and drawers. Currently no desk, but we will provide one if required.

🏠 The rest of the flat
The kitchen/dinner has a double oven and 6 hobs. Enough if everyone wanted to cook at the same time. It also has a new large fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

Sitting room has large sofa, TV with fire TV stick and netflix included. Great space for socialising with the other flatmates.

Two bathrooms, and a sperate toliet. Main bathroom consists of bath with overhead shower, sink and toliet. Seocnd bathroom just contains a shower.

This used to be the landord's family home so you can tell it was decorated to be lived in, and if anything needs fixing or replacing we see to it as soon as possible. There is no agency involved.

🌳 Garden:
There is also a large shared garden for all residents to use, accessible by the fire escape but also gated street access. Great for sunbathing or an outdoor yoga session.

📃 Bills included
All bills are included, as well as a bi-monthly cleaner for the communal areas.

There is a lift access but unfortunately it is quite small so not wheelchair accessible and intercom entry phone
