Good size double room in friendly household

We are looking for a new housemate to join our friendly house. All of us have our own schedules and hobbies, but we also enjoy the occasional barbecue in the garden ! If that sound like you, then you might be the one :-)

Some infos on the room :

- Bills are included, apart from the council tax which is £33.5 a month payable on the 1st.
- The room comes with a double bed, a dresser and a built in closet, as well as some more storage in the corridor.
- The carpet in the room has been professionally cleaned and the walls painted a few weeks ago.

- There are two bathrooms (one of them with a bath) as well as two toilets in the house, you are free to use whichever one you prefer.
- We do the cleaning ourselves without any sort of schedule and expect that everyone will do their bit, as part of the house :-)
- Pets are welcome ! We love animals, as long as they get along with our little cat Nesquick.
- The living room is shared and available to everyone, soon we will also get to use the lovely space we have in the garden !
