The property is set over the first and second floors. It was renovated just over a year ago and everything is brand new.

There are 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 being ensuite). This room comes with a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a desk. There is also an en suite with a walk in shower. The flat is double glazed throughout and very modern. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances (dishwasher, big fridge freezer, washing machine, induction hob).

Me and my boyfriend are currently occupying the second floor (only the third room with the en suite are up there). We are both full time professionals and are looking for two others to occupy the other two rooms! We are very friendly people and love socialising, however also know when to respect each other’s own time and privacy.

The rent is £685 not inclusive of bills - they come at around £80 per month. The property is about 7 minutes walk to Willesden Green station (Jubilee Line) and takes about 15/20 minutes to get into central.
