Large en-suite in Willesden Green

I’m looking for someone to takeover my large en-suite room in a 4-bed house with a garden in Willesden Green. I’ve lived here for almost 9 years and recently bought nearby - so it’s time to say goodbye. In the house there is Audrone (Lithuanian - 37yrs Credit Controller), Andy ( British, 44yrs biologist) and Shaan (New Zealand, 32yrs music producer).

The house is in a great location on a quiet street halfway between Willesden Green and Cricklewood. It is a mix of WFH and office for everybody. The room is a large en-suite with plenty of light (bay window) and space for a desk. The lease is up 24 August 2026 (and able to extend).

I’ve lived here since 2017 and consider it a home, Audrone for 2yrs, Andy (2.5yrs) and Shaan (since July).

We are easy-going and relaxed, busy with work and meeting friends but regularly have chats and collect each others Amazon packages!

There is a separate kitchen and living room plus a garden, currently showing signs of spring, there will be raspberries in the summer!

Rent: £993 excl. bills
Bills are approx £155 per month (council tax Band E, electricity, gas, water, cleaner & WiFi). The cleaner comes every 2 weeks to clean the common areas. The deposit is £756.

There are great transport links in the area. Willesden Green underground station (Jubilee line) is a 12 minute walk away, Cricklewood station is a 5 minute walk (Thameslink and National Rail). There are also multiple bus routes a couple of minutes walk from the house.
