Hey everyone! We are looking for a flat mate for our flat in Willesden Green. This is a new flat that we will be moving in to on the 5th of July.

The flat itself is a first floor flat with three double bedrooms and an open plan reception with kitchen, dining and living space. The flat boasts a newly fitted kitchen (washing machine & dishwasher) and carpet flooring throughout. The flat is furnished with ample storage.

You will have the room on the first floor (pictured) with your very own master Bathroom (as each room has an en-suite) for £780 per month (excluding bills).

Bills should come to around £80 (according to previous tenants) EPC : D Council Tax band: C

The flat is located a 10 minute walk from Willesden Green tube station and Dollis Hill tube station (Jubilee Line).

You will be sharing with myself (25F) and my friend (24M). We are good friends and current flatmates. We enjoy hanging out together in the flat, having dinner, going to the gym together, playing board games and watching TV (like love island 😎) etc.

We are both working in the city, but usually work from home a few days a week. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with friends, travelling and exercising. My flatmate enjoys exercising, going to the pub and cooking.

We are looking for a flatmate who will be a good addition to our flat 😍 Note that you would need to pass referencing checks from the letting agency.
