Access to central London within 30 minutes travel time.

We're a group of housemates who are all older professionals, mid to late 30s, looking for someone of ideally similar age and lifestyle for the best fit, but we're not prescriptive on that point and happy to discuss with anyone who is interested.

A few notes to help you with your decisions - the room is not available to couples and applicants will need to be physically in the UK at time of application. We are unfortunately not able to support visa processes under this offer, so applicants must have the right to live/work in the UK. Please also note that there is no vehicle parking available or included in the offer. Lastly, the applicant must also be the person intending to occupy the room.

All bills are included, including council tax (Band E), wifi, and household sundries like washing powder etc are included too! We have a shared kitchen and garden.
