We’re looking for someone to move in with us from the middle of April until the end of August this year. Just a few mins walk from Dollis Hill tube station and a short walk from Willesden Green station! Parking space also comes with the room.

Large double bedroom: £800 per month (excluding bills)
- Furnished with double bed and two wardrobes
- Bills (water, gas, electricity, council tax and WiFi) are normally between £100-120 on top of rent.

Council Tax band E, the room requires a deposit of £850. UK-based guarantor required if not working full time.

Currently one girl and two guys live here, we're looking for someone preferably between 20 and 28 who is clean, tidy and sociable. No students please!
