The house is Victorian and the room benefits from high ceilings and a large bay window fronting the garden.

Fully furnished, the room has a desk for home working, and Wifi is included in the rent along with all bills and typical household products like washing and cleaning supplies. The room has also been re-painted and new carpets installed since last occupied and is fresh and ready to go!

We are a household of 5 housemates, all in our 30s and mainly professionally employed, from a range of backgrounds. We've been together for 5+ years and our last housemate has just returned to his home country. We get on very well, but all generally do our own things and have different interests.

We are a 10-15 minute walk away from a wide range of shops and services, a large park, 2 medical centres and a library. Dollis Hill and Neasden stations are a short walk, both on the Jubilee Line with a 30-minute travel time to central London. We are a short bus ride from Cricklewood and the Thameslink service. The house is in a Council Tax band E.

Please note that there is no parking or garage/shed space available with this offer, and no shared living room, but we do have a shared garden space. We also cannot sponsor any visa arrangements, so applicants must have the right to live/work in the UK beyond a working holiday visa. The applicant must also be the person intending to move in. The room is single-occupancy only and no pets are permitted.
