Takeover date May 9th (possibility to move in a few weeks early if needed as I'm moving out earlier!)

3 bed flat-share with 2 recent uni grads both 24yrs old working in the creative industries. They're looking to share with someone close to that age, who likes a health mix of quiet time and hanging out.

Ground floor flat, 1 bathroom, good kitchen and large reception room + private garden which get some great sun

I absolutely love this flat and wish I could stay but I'm going to Aus for a while so doesn't make sense to keep it.

Please note - landlord have final approval of who moves in due to needing proof of income and/or a guarantor. He's been great so far and helpful with any questions/requests
