Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy for 1 or 2 rooms in a flat in Willesden Green

📍 Location: Willesden Green, 10 min walk from the station
💰 Rent: £800/month (bills not included])
📅 Move-in date: From the 1st of may or slightly earlier
📝 Contract: We have the contract until the 9th of August but it is renewable.

👥 Housemates:
There is going to be one girl living there, she is very friendly and clean, she is a student at ICMP.
🚇 Transport:
- 13 min walk from Willesden Green station, and 10 from Dollis Hill station.

I’m moving out because I am done university and I am going back in my hometown and so is my other roomate, so we are looking for someone to replace us. The landlord/agency will need to approve the new tenant.
