Large double in creative share house

3 friendly creative sharers need a 4th housemate for our beautiful Edwardian house with a leafy rear terrace/garden on a quiet street in Willesden Green. It's a genuine share house not just a room.
Large double bedroom (for a single occupant) with quality furniture, with wooden floors throughout in zone 2. Private shower room and private bathroom are both adjacent to the room and not shared with anyone. Which has the convenience and privacy of an ensuite, but without any of the negative issues of damp etc. from a bathroom attached to the room.

ALL bills are included in the total of £675 pcm and so are shared cleaning products etc. The rent is guaranteed to stay the same for at least 12 months. Deposit is one months' rent.

Excellent bed and lots of storage. Loft with plenty of space for moving boxes, skis, whatever and plenty of other storage space, closets etc.

Modern kitchen with some shared plates etc if you need them, and plenty of fridge and freezer space, washing machine, new and large cooker, dishwasher, microwave, etc.

We have powerful gas central heating and super fast broadband.

It's a non-smoking house. Guests including partners are totally welcome to visit within normal limits (ie they can't just move in!). No couples please, the room is for 1 person only. We clean after ourselves, and for about 30-60 minutes each every weekend on a rota, which keeps the house very clean. We work in property services and design, and we're looking for another mature employed housemate.

About us: we are friends, 2 practicing visual artists with other jobs and an employed Marvel geek. We're friendly, quiet and considerate and don't party at home, although we like to hang out in the kitchen and terrace garden together. The room would suit someone who is very quiet and who wants a quiet environment. We have varied diets. The kitchen is well ventilated so cooking odour doesn't affect the bedroom.

We're all in our late 30's or older and we're looking for someone over age 30 to share with.

We're looking for someone who will stay long term.

The "living room" is used as a private art studio, currently rented by one of the housemates. It's possible that space could be available to rent in the studio for art practice in the future.

Close to lots of buses and zone 2 Jubilee Line tube (only 13 minutes from West End), easy walk to supermarkets restaurants etc. Willesden Green has a good variety of shops, restaurants, bars. Handy for the chain shops and nightlife of Kilburn (TK Maxx, Primark, M&S, Argos, Aldi...) Other amenities nearby eg gyms. 2 big wooded hilly parks nearby, Gladstone and Roundwood. Handy for Cricklewood BR station for quick access to Luton, Kings Cross, Thameslink to Brighton. Not far from North London Overground tube line to East and West london. Quiet backstreet cycling all the way to the West End and Regents Canal for East and West London.
