Hey everyone!

We’re looking for a new flatmate to take over my bright double room in our brand new shared house near Willesden Green. I’m not leaving — just moving into another room in the same house — so I’m helping find the right person to join our great home.

The location is ideal: 10 minutes’ walk to Willesden Green or Dollis Hill stations (Jubilee Line), around 20 minutes to Baker Street or Bond Street.

🏡 The House

Modern, spacious, and feels like a real home — not just a place to crash.

Warm in winter (central heating, double glazing) and bright in summer.

Big open-plan kitchen, dining and living area that opens onto a patio and private garden.

Fully equipped: washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc.

Cleaner comes every couple of weeks for shared areas and bathrooms.

The landlord doesn’t live here, but he’s super responsive and quick to sort things when needed.

👥 The Flatmates

You’ll be living with five friendly professionals (ages 27–44) working in education, fashion, film, and hospitality.
Everyone has their own life and schedule, but we get along well — the vibe is friendly, respectful, and easy-going.

There’s also a lovely cat who keeps everyone in check, so you’ll need to be happy living with a pet.
Smoking’s fine, just please keep it outside in the garden.

📍 Location

About 10 mins walk to Willesden Green (Zone 2) or Dollis Hill (Zone 3).

Great bus routes: 52 (Notting Hill, Kensington, Victoria) and 6 (into central London).

Close to shops, cafés, restaurants, and pubs, including both a large and small Sainsbury’s.

Roundwood Park and Gladstone Park nearby for green space.

Quiet residential street just around the corner from the high street.

Someone clean, considerate, and friendly who fits the relaxed and respectful vibe of the house.

Single occupant only (no couples)

Ages 25–40 preferred

Must provide references and proof of income

Smoking outside only

💰 Rent & Move-in

£815/month (all bills included)

Deposit: £700

Available from 20th October (flexible for the right person)
