A lovely large room available in a house share in Willesden Junction.
Single occupancy no couples.

The house has two bathrooms and three toilets.

The room has a wardrobe, large desk and double bed for single sole occupant (no couples). It is perfect for someone looking for somewhere quiet and clean to come home to with other respectful housemates. We pride ourselves on keeping a clean home so please only apply if you are happy to clean up after yourself... "Wash up, dry up, and put away!" is our friendly motto :)

Please don't apply if you are unable to keep the place clean! We expect every tenant to live amicably and peacefully with the other members of the house.

All bills are included. We run a necessary credit check on potential tenants with your permission. A license agreement is signed before you move in. NON-smokers only as no smoking in or around the perimeters of the house allowed.

Bicycles, e-scooters and e-bicycles are NOT permitted in the house.

The house is conveniently located for all transport into or around London by bus, tube and overground. Check out the area for its many bars and restaurants so you know it's good for your work travel etc.

If you want to view then just text phone or email your arrival time between 10am and 7pm.

Not suitable for car or bicycle owners.
