I have 1 double room for rent in a 5 bedroom Victorian house with a garden. It’s in a quiet residential area with a beautiful park 10 mins walk and a little park for kids just around the corner. The closest tube station is Willesden Junction, cca 5 min walk This tube has the Bakerloo line going into Oxford Circus and Overground service - it is well connected if you want to get around London. It is also really close to all the shops.

I am looking for flat mate ( professional )who will treat the house as their own home.... this is not a party house, however there might be the occasional dinner party I hold every now and then for my friends which you’ll be more than welcome to join. I am a foodie person I like to cook and keep the place tidy as it’s really important. I am a very open minded person I like what I do, enjoy socializing and life. During the week I’m very busy I leave early in The morning and come back in the evening. I also have a 10 year old son who stays with me every other weekend and on Wednesdays. This house is very spacious as well as the rooms so you do not have to worry we will be like sardines in a tin, the rooms come furnished it has a bed with mattress, desk, and loads of storage for your personal belongings. It Has a big kitchen with loads of storage, a dinning area looking at the garden, there is a small toilet downstairs , a family size bathroom upstairs with two washbasin and also a small shower room right next to the family bathroom. 1 bedroom is situated downstairs and the rest 4 bedrooms are upstairs. The house has a side entrance gate with a lock and a roof so if you have a bike you can store it there and access it to the garden too.
