About the house:

Shared with myself (therapist, often working from home) and my 20-year-old son, a quiet music production student

My older son has recently moved out, so we’re looking for a considerate new housemate

Use of sitting room on weekdays from 5:30pm, evenings, and weekends (except Saturday mornings)

On Saturdays the house needs to be quiet until 2pm due to my client work (back entrance available if you need to come and go)
