Room available in Willesden Junction

Hi all! I'm moving out of my flat in Willesden Junction and looking for someone to move in! The rent is just £725.80 and the room is a big double! Move in date is 1st March and then the current tenancy runs till 31st July, but you can extend if you wish. Message me if you or anyone you know would be interested.

Bills: £170, that is everything including council tax, we're band C

The Room:
It's a big double bedroom with nice tall ceilings. It's got a big chest of drawers, a clothes rail and some shelves for storage. It's also got a desk and a desk chair, so plenty of space if you need work from home.

The flat: The flat is mostly on one floor, with the exception of the third bedroom which is upstairs. However, the room available is on the main floor. The flat includes a bathroom, a kitchen and a small cosy living room and three bedrooms. The third bedroom upstairs is an en suite, so you will just be sharing with my flatmate Edith, who is very clean.

Location: 8 mins from Willesden Junction Station which has the

Flatmates: 2 lovely mid twenties flatmates who both work full-time.

Tenancy: From end of Feb to 21st July. I'm doing a deed of assignment and moving out early. My landlord has signed off on this so you'll be officially signed into the tenancy until July. After that, the landlord would probably be happy to keep you on for another year if you'd like to stay.

Access: There is one step outside and a set of stairs as soon as you enter the flat. So, unfortunately it's not very accessible if you have mobility issues. The bathroom would probably not be wheelchair accessible either as it's a little narrow.
