A few minutes walk from Haydons Road Station (gets you to Wimbledon station in 2 minutes) and a 15-20-minute walk to Wimbledon Park Station and Wimbledon Station. There are regular buses to both as well as into Wandsworth and Clapham. The flat is also opposite a new CO-OP.

The room is furnished with a double bed, mattress, wardrobe and drawers. The flat has loads of storage internally and storage cupboards in the communal area next to front door and one on the ground floor which is big enough for several bikes and suitcases etc, both are securely locked.

The bathroom has a walk in shower and a separate toilet to avoid queues in the morning.

There is a large shared living room with two sofas, coffee table, TV and dining table with four chairs.

Rent is £750pcm per room and includes the council tax, bills are in the region of £50pcm.
