Hi, I'm Jeremy 👋

I'm looking for a friendly face to take my room in Wimbledon. It's located a very short 2 minute walk from South Wimbledon tube station (30 minutes to both Waterloo and London Bridge on the Northern Line) and a 10 minute walk from Wimbledon central where you can jump on a District Line or National Rail

Available from February 22nd, the room is huge, has ample natural light and comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and two chests of drawers

There's a communal living room with sofas and a TV, a kitchen with loads of storage space and a bathroom with a super cast iron bathtub and shower

The rent is £680 a month and includes all of the following:

– Gas bills
– Electric bills
– Water and sewage
– Council tax
– Super-quick WiFi (50GB)
– A house Netflix account
– Sky / Virgin media TV in the living room

There's also on-street parking available outside, but you'll need to buy a permit from the council first

Flatmates

You'll be sharing with two friendly professionals. Lana, who works in central for a property company, and Andrew who works in Wimbledon doing tech-y SEO stuff. They're both really friendly and enjoy evenings chilling out in the living room with a glass of Prosecco (or vodka) every now and then
