Hello! We're looking for a new housemates to move into a double bedroom available from mid March
The house is located opposite a big Waitrose, next to bus stops and a 5 minute walk to Wimbledon station and the town centre, a 10min walk to Wimbledon common and village.
The house has two stories, two bathrooms, two toilets, a shared kitchen and living room. The rooms are fully furnished, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The rent includes all bills except for the TV license and a cleaning lady who comes every fortnight.
Current tenants are Jordan(male), Alex(female) and Kat(female) and Adam (male) We all enjoy hanging out together and are easy-going, friendly people.
