This large double room is available in a semi-detached terraced house with large garden and open plan living, dining and kitchen area 5 minute drive to Wimbledon centre.

I am moving in with my partner and sadly need someone to replace me.

The current tenants are:

A South African couple and one Australian girl. We moved into this house together from a flat previously and we are all good friends that met through spare room.

On the weekends we are usually in the garden drinking gin and having a laugh with friends. We love spending time together, watching rubbish tv (love island) and cooking.

15 minutes commute to the nearest tube station (South Wimbledon).
2 minute to the nearest bus stop that takes you directly to Wimbledon

5 minute walk to Raynes Park high street which has loads of shops, amenities, a gym, pubs and restaurants.

We have broadband and full virgin package as well as a cleaner every second week.
