You would be living with all young professionals - myself, Phil and John. We are a very social house, so whether it’s going for a night out, a drink at the local, watching movies in the living room or just a quick catch up while cooking dinner, we all like spending time together and are hoping for someone who’s keen to join! 😊

Location
Well connected : Overground Train & District Line via Wimbledon Station, Northern Line via South Wimbledon Station and Tram. All within walking distance / short bus from the house.

This gives you pretty good access to the city (25mins to Bank Station or Victoria, approx 30 mins to Oxford Circus), if you prefer local social hubs like Clapham / Kingston etc that is also very easy access via tube or bus.

Large sized King Double bed, furnished with Mirror, Cupboard, available for full time let, rent is £595 (+ £50/month bills fixed) deposit is 6 weeks rent. Mon-Fri working week let also possible.

We are all very Down to earth, considerate and easy going bunch - looking for a new person of similar vibe to join our tribe!

We are quite social (but independent) so often invite each other out to nights out, have friends over, Xmas Secret Santa / Xmas Dinner together, as well as the occasional road trips to Costco - but also respect each-others space.

We have a Whatsapp group so even with very different lifestyles we are all fairly aware of things in the house like new appliances being installed or people staying over the odd night.

Pros
Price for location, transport access to city, short walk to supermarkets (Sainsbury's, Iceland, Lidl), Shops (Holland & Barratt, Boots, KFC, Papa Johns) and banks (Natwest, Lloyds), MASSIVE garden, friendly social housemates. We have a proper stone circle fire-pit in the garden!

Cons

Northern Line tube runs near the house, some people notice the "grumble" some people don’t. We both got very quickly used to it, but if you are sensitive to those types of sounds this might not be right for you
