I have a bright, sunny double room to rent to a female in my split level, 3 bedroom maisonnette which is on Kingston Road, Wimbledon.

The property has 3 bedrooms, an open plan reception and kitchen and large bathroom.

Wimbledon and South Wimbledon Stations are only a 10 minute walk and there is a bus stop directly outside the house. There is also pay and display/ residents permit on street parking.

We are two professional females and work long hours so the house is fairly calm and quiet, unfortunately a party animal wouldn't fit in.

We are very friendly and are preferably looking for a single female who is like minded, in full time employment (not working from home) and is respectful of others.

The room is the quietest room in the house as it's at the back of the property. The rent is £800 per calendar month which includes all the utility bills plus fibre optic broadband and the deposit is £800.

The room is furnished with a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets, 2 large built in wardrobes and a chest of drawers.
