I have a large beautiful spacious double bedroom(king size bed) for rent at £699 pcm (inc. all bills - internet etc.).

Transport: 5mims walk to Raynes Park train station or Wimbledon Chase train station for Waterloo and Victoria, 10 mins bus ride to Wimbledon tube/train station for the District Line towards Westminster & Clapham Junction etc.
Wimbledon/Croydon tram stop at the end of the road.. communal garden. Park is a walking distance away from property.

There is a Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, Tesco’s and Co-Op 5 mins walk from the property. Starbucks/Costa not far from the property.
Wimbledon centre court shopping centre not far from the property.

There is no lounge, as the room is large enough for a small sofa. Cleaner comes every two weeks for the communal areas. Allocated car park.

Looking for a female to join me , who is clean and tidy, considerate, minimum 27 years old, ideal for a professional (working Mon-Fri 9-5pm or working in the medical field), l work full time and study part time.
l work as a Senior Commercial Manager for central government.
