Hello room hunters. We have 1 double room available in our large, friendly house share in central Wimbledon.

Here’s the low-down to see if it’s a match for you.

Housemates: A good mix of ages, genders and nationalities - We’re a mix; 1 British girl, 1 Kiwi, 2 Aussies and one South African. All working professionals - easy-going, sociable people that get along and enjoy the odd night out (or in).

Transport: Super convenient location! 5 Minutes to Wimbledon Station with National Rail (eg 20 mins to Waterloo) and The District Line.

House: Large 5 bedroom house. Spacious open plan living space downstairs and large garden with BBQ to enjoy the sun (or future lock downs). There are 3 separate bathrooms and off-street parking if required.

Room 1 (£665 incl Bills): The room available is on the second floor with a balcony, drawers, shelf, and desk.

Bills Included: Includes Virgin TV & Internet with full sports package and fibre broadband, utilities, council tax and weekly cleaner.

Local area: Several supermarkets and gyms within walking distance (Sainsburys and Virgin Active the closest- 5 mins from the house). Shops, pubs and lots of eateries on Wimbledon High Street which has a lot of life still. Dundonald Park about 10 minutes which is perfect for running and has tennis courts and in the other direction you can reach Wimbledon Common & Richmond Park on foot or by bike.
