Double room now available in a top floor penthouse flat in Wimbledon/Raynes Park, with great transport links (close to station and multiple bus stops, easy journey into central London).

I'm looking to move out due to changing jobs. Flexible over start date but ideally ASAP. Room will be unfurnished.

Lovely flat which is modern, clean, and has great views. There is a huge new sofa, flatscreen tv with netflix/amazon prime/BT Sport, PS4, washing machine, dishwasher etc. Also private parking.

Bathroom also modern and clean with spacious, powerful shower. Bathroom only shared between yourself and one other due to third room having an en-suite.

The current tenants are young professional males who commute into central London for work (only 15 mins from Wimbledon to Waterloo, a couple of minutes longer from Raynes Park). Both are great flatmates who are easygoing, tidy and super friendly.

The area is very nice and it's only 15 mins walk to Wimbledon Village, 5 min walk to Raynes Park centre. It's also a short walk to Wimbledon Common. There is a bus stop right outside the flat as well which serves multiple buses and routes.
