The house has an open plan kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, grill, large gas hob and a breakfast bar.

If you work from home, that’s no problem, we will find a right place for your desk!
The house is very spacious and if you do work from home you will be the only one in the household so you could take the desk space where one of the outgoing housemates currently work.

There is a large share dining, living space with plenty of storage and a conservatory where is washing machine and an extra space to keep your stuff (bike, sport equipment etc.).
The glass doors in the conservatory can be open all the way leading to a good size garden with nice wooden decking.
There is two double bedrooms with share bathroom on the first floor and one double bedroom with en suite on the second floor (loft).

The house has nice homely feel with safe and quiet neighbourhood. Walking distance to all essential shops and train station with good connections to central London.
5min walk to Wimbledon Chase station
10min walk to Raynes Park station

You will be sharing with Monika, 29, a florist who is very easy going, tidy and respectful of people’s personal space.

Both bedrooms comes unfurnished but there is an option to buy some of the furniture from outgoing housemates if you would like to.

Couples are welcome.

Small pet allowed.

Bills not included. Comes at around £80 a month per person (Internet, gas & electric, water, council tax, tv licence)

Deposit: £730 (property deposit divided equally between tenants)

New tenant will need to be in permanent full time employment earning 2.5times of the rent and have a good landlord reference.
