A very big double room on the top floor in a lovely 3-bedroom flat. My partner and I are moving away after 4 years, so you would be sharing the house with 2 quiet and respectful guys who work in IT and legal.

There is a shared bathroom with a bath and a separate shower. The kitchen is well equipped and big enough for multiple people to cook together. Good fridge and freezer space. The large shared living room gets sunlight all day and is perfect for a home workout.

Situated right across the road from South Wimbledon tube station (1 min walk) on the Northern line and only a 10-minute walk from Wimbledon town. All amenities are very close by - a Tesco and Sainsbury's just downstairs, gyms and shopping 10-15 minutes away.

The area is very convenient and close to lovely green spaces like local parks and the Wimbledon common.

Bills are generally around £70 depending on the time of year. Boiler was recently serviced, windows have double-glazing and the internet was upgraded to high speed for home working.
