Spacious, cheap double on Wimbledon high street

Hi! Our current flat mate is leaving in May, this means her double room will be coming available. (There may be room to flex to an earlier/later move in date).

It’s the largest room in the flat and comes with wardrobe, bedside tables, drawers and desk. It also comes with two housemates, Tom and Kieran. The flat also enjoys a small outside space complete with bench and bbq that is a godsend in the summer.

Tom works in marketing, 3-4 days at home with at least one a week in the Tottenham Court Road office. Kieran is a hospitality worker, meaning he may keep odd hours!

We are both laid back and want someone who is fun and friendly, as well as respectful and clean but not over the top. Absolutely *NO* passive aggressive post it notes or text messages allowed! We are both LGBT, so please be an ally or part of the community!

The flat is “unique” and quirky, if not a little dated in places… accessed via rear entry which isn’t exactly pretty, but is a means to an end. Located on Wimbledon high street it is minutes away from supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, takeaways, gyms, cinemas, Wimbledon theatre and so much more. Plus, we enjoy multiple transport options including National Rail (Waterloo in 18 minutes), District Line, Thameslink and Tramlink plus the Northern Line from South Wimbledon in easy walking distance.
