We are proud to offer a stunning room in a lovely house in the heart of Wimbledon

The rooms are totally furnished.

The communal area is clean and tidy which comprises with fridge and freezer, washing machine, microwave, and all kitchen appliances. It has also been freshly painted throughout.

The utility bills are included in the monthly rent.

We offer weekly cleaning and maintenance service, also Wi-Fi as a courtesy. We don't charge for these services provided. It's just to keep our standard.

**All the flatmates will be young professionals, clean and respectful, so we are looking to keep it in the same standard.
